Chief Hailey is from Pinellas County Florida. He retired from Clearwater PD after 20 years of service. Chief Hailey is a US Marine and served honorably for two enlistments. Chief Hailey worked at the Oconee County Sheriff’s Department as a supervisor before coming to West Union. Chief Hailey has a master’s degree and several law enforcement certifications. Chief Hailey moved to Oconee County after he retired, with his wife of 22 years, and four children.
